INGREDIENTS
Potato ( Raw Potato) – 250 grams
Oil – 6 tsp
Chill Powder – 1 tsp
Garlic – 4 to 5
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Mustard -1/2 tsp

    Also if I don’t have a flat pan, can I still use a curved plan? Oil does
    not reach all the pieces in that case.

      +Manohar Mogadali If you use a Curved Pan, it will not be a Fry because
      most of the Potato Pieces will be lying Heaped on the others below them …
      so it will be partially Mashed and partially Separate ..so will not be
      crispy like the video
