    Hi Tony. Dumb question, Is that 100% grease that is boiling or is it part
    grease and part something else? And do you just keep the heat on hot until
    the grease boils?

      I use 100% peanut oil. Heated to 360 to 400 degrees. When fish is bubbling
      slow I take it out.
