    Its disappointing you didn’t clean that meat before cooking. Wow!

    Will buttermilk make them tender?

    What is wrong with liver? I love beef liver. Lamb liver is good too.

    Did u ever clean them?? Didn’t notice. Shouldn’t they be cleaned of that
    film/fatty yellow stuff?

    It didn’t look like you cooked them first. When I tried frying mine, the
    outside looked cooked but inside was undercooked. So 4 questions please;
    What type of oil, how full do you make it, is chicken room temp/straight
    from fridge, length of time? Thank you.
