Crispy fried thinly sliced kalabasa ..
Ingredients are simple..(Pinoy Tempura style.)..
thinly sliced Kalabasa ..
1.2 cup dried baby shrimps/Alamang fresh
1 whole egg and cold water make 1 1/4 cup cold water/or adjust
1 cup Tempura powder or 1/2. cup plain Flour at 1/2 cup
Cornstarch
salt n pepper to taste
cooking Oil for frying

adding more ingredients is depends on whats available in your kitchen..at kung anong trip nyong ihalo hehehehh
