Pakora Recipe | Sindhi style, double fried pakora by JK’s Kitchen 034

Pakora Recipe | Sindhi style, double fried pakora by JK's Kitchen 032

Ingredients:
1 Cup Gram flour (Besan)
1 Onions (chopped)
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
2 Green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp. Dry Pomegranate Seeds ( Anardana – crushed)
1 tsp. Red Chilly powder
Pinch of Baking soda
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for deep frying.

Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients.
Add adequate amount of water to make a thick batter.
Take a spoon of mixture and slide into hot oil.
Drain the half cooked balls
Cut them in small pieces.
Fry them again till they get crispy.
Serve hot with choice of chutney or ketchup.

    one sharing authentic and tasty sindhi recipes. Do share some more recipes
    like mithi tahiri, methi aloo, bhuga chawar, besani bhaji.
