Yummy! The last time I ate plantains was last year, when we went to a cuban
resuturant in San Rafael, CA. Yours actually look better! :)

Hello- I discovered your channel while looking for other videos of people
who went to Disney and Universal the same time we did in June 2014. I
caught a couple more of your blogs and found it very interesting and nicely
done.
I had the opportunity to visit Miami last year for a couple of days. I
found the food very interesting. When I flew back home I had this beverage
at the airport that was like very sweet coffee that came with these little
cups. What was it called and how is it made ?
If it was really sweet and dark coffee in a tiny cup that would give you
one or two shots then that is called Cuban coffee. It is basically espresso
but stronger and sweeter. You will need to buy espresso coffee like Bustelo
or Pilon and brew it in an espresso machine. There’s a science to adding
the sugar. Thanks for watching!
