That fish looks fantastic! I really like the color and the crispy exterior
you were able to achieve. Also, I like the spice trays you were using. It
made for a great presentation. You must cook for a lot of people because it
seems that your dishes are on a larger scale. Anyway, I need to plan a
fishing trip soon because I have to try this method. Are there any other
types of fish you recommend using this batter for? Happy cooking (and
    eating)!

    • Easy Steps says:

+JesusIsLoveTR yes, big family me and my lady and 5 boys.
Thanks for the like and thanks for watching. Batter remains same for all
kind of fish so please try and adjust accordingly salt/pepper. You always
can add parsley / oregano / rosemary / basil / bay leaves and much more.
      Thanks for asking.

Is there a subsitute for mango powder?

    • Easy Steps says:

+Shekinah Glory Yes, mango powder brings the tangy taste and the best
substitute is Lemon/Line Juice. Thanks for asking and thanks for
      watching….happy cooking.
