The Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) is a species of mackerel in the scombrid family (family Scombridae) of order Perciformes. [1] It is commonly found in the Indian and West Pacific oceans, and their surrounding seas. It is an important food fish and is commonly used in South and South-East Asian cuisine.
It is known by various names, such as 'Bangda' in Marathi, Aiyla(അയല, ഐല) in Malayalam, (அயிலா மீன்) in Tamil and 'Bangude' (ಬಂಗುಡೆ) in Tulu and Kannada.
Ingredients:
4 lbs. Indian Mackerel Fish
1= Tbsp. each (minced Garlic / Ginger Paste / Red Chili Powder / Coriander Powder / Black Pepper / Salt / Mango Powder)
1= cup Corn Starch
2= cup Besan | Garam Flour
2= Fresh Lemon
2= Tbsp. Red Hot Sauce Sriracha
2= cup Water

kind of fish so please try and adjust accordingly salt/pepper. You always
can add parsley / oregano / rosemary / basil / bay leaves and much more.
