Thai Fried Sweet Potato Balls (Thai Dessert) – Kanom Kai Nok Krata ขนมไข่นกกระทา

It is a nice snack or dessert that can be found in food cart in Thailand. Khai Nok Krata means quail’s egg that has similar size. The main ingredients are sweet potatoes and tapioca starch, mixed well and deep fried until have golden brown color.
