Ingredients
2 karela thinly sliced
10 -12 bhindi thinly sliced
1 raw banana thinly sliced
1 sweet potato thinly sliced
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Chaat masala
Method
– Chop all the veggies.
– In a bowl add the karela then add cornflour and mix well
– In heat pan add oil then fry the veggies until they turn crisp and golden.
– Place them into tissue paper so that it soaks oil
– Repeat the same procedure and sprinkle some salt and chat masala
– Kurkure Vegetables is ready to be served!

2 karela/bitter gourd thinly sliced
10 -12 bhindi/okra thinly sliced
1 raw banana thinly sliced
1 sweet potato thinly sliced
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Chaat masala
Method
- Chop all the veggies - bitter gourd,okra,sweet potato and raw banana very thinly.
- In a bowl add the karela/bitter gourd, cornflour and mix well.
- In a pan heat some oil then fry the veggies one by one until they turn crisp and golden.
- Place them into tissue paper so that it soaks oil
- Repeat the same procedure for all the veggies and then sprinkle some salt and chat masala over the veggies.
- Kurkure Vegetables is ready to be served!
