In this recipe we'll make sweet potato chips with a wicked Caribbean twist. With the natural sweetness of the sweet potato, the hint of herbal notes from the Caribbean green seasoning and the salty kick from dusting with sea salt when it's fresh out the fryer your guests will fall in love with the delicious homemade chips. These sweet potato chips will be excellent on Thanksgiving day as your family watch football and the rest of your guests are patiently awaiting the Thanksgiving turkey.
You'll Need…
2 sweet potatoes
pinch sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Caribbean Green seasoning
pinch black pepper
veg oil for frying
* great with ranch dressing or garlic aioli.
