Mexican MN ade these home made and they became famous deserts!

    • Shawnaldo75 says:

Sounds like it was Japan who started it (using tempura batter)… Mexico is
a close 2nd (using corn flakes, cookie crumbs, tortillas, etc)

I like the mexican way better because you can have more fun experimenting
with flavours. Can do combos of different cereal/cookie crumbs and
      different ice cream flavours.

Aw man, I forgot about these! I remember when I use to live in
Florida—the Mexican restaurants had this. AMaaAaazing. But it was more so
like a sweet graham coating, kinda like what’s used for key lime pie crust.

    • Wilhem Almodovar says:

+Jeriko Bautista I hope you know he was being sarcastic .-.

    • Jeriko Bautista says:

+Thomas Ith (xXAssassinSnipeXx) nah u are stupid its never instant its the
leidenfrost affect it stops thing from freezing instantly or boiling
instantly like if you take a pot and put it on a stove on high for long
enough it will evaporate pretty fast but when it is too hot the water tries
to bounce off the pan and rides on its own cushion of air for a while since
it dosent last forever its how people dont get a frozen hand instantly from
puting their hand in liquid nitrogen for a little bit

    • Thomas Ith (xXAssassinSnipeXx) says:

Idiot logic : IT WILL MELT INSTANTLY IF YOU PUT IT INTO THE OIL FOR A FEW
SECONDS AND KEEP MOVING IT, ABSOLUTELY NOT TO KEEP THE ICE CREAM FROM
MLETING BUT TO MAKE IT MELT

    • sojiro degenscheid says:

because it’s been frozen for over an hour and a half! that way, it’s way
below freezing temp and when it’s flash fried, it melts to the right
      consistency of eating

  20. josh dun says:

I’ve tried doing this several times, the Icecream would just melt and the
batter would get soggy and fall off. Then my oil became violent and I
grabbed my dog and ran out of the house, then the oil stopped exploding so
I poured it outside cause I was so scared. Never doing this ever again!
