Bhindi Kurkuri or Crispy Okra made with finely sliced pieces of okra mixed to chickpeas flour and spices; deep fried until crispy.

Okra 200 g
Salt
Vinegar 2 tb
Ajwain 1 ts
Cumin powder ½ ts
Coriander powder 1 ts
Chilly powder 1 ts
Chickpea flour ¼ cup
Oil for deep fry
Take okra and remove the seeds and cut them in to thin juliennes.
Take bowl add okra juliennes, salt, vinegar, ajwain, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, mix it well and add chickpea flour mix this and drop them in to the hot oil, and deep fry them after 5 minutes serve crispy okra kurkuri.
