Not sure what that’s called but those are not potatoes. It’s a savoury
fried rice ball snack. There’s mashed rice, beans, onion, garlic, shallots,
and sometimes minced pork or chicken. It’s a pretty tasty breakfast snack
that’s commonly sold in the morning from street food vendors.
Don’t encourage me to take my own life. I am greatly entertained at seeing
the senseless decomposition of your own. Such a shame that even Khmer who
lived all their life in Cambodia can best you at your own mother tongue.
