Ingredients
Corn kernels, steamed/canned – 200g
Vegetable oil to fry – 250 ml
Corn flour to dust the corn – 100 g
Rice flour: 1 tbsp
Onion, chopped -1 medium
Pepper powder –1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
1/2 lime juice (or white vinegar)
1 tsp Salt
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
