Now I need to know – what type of prawn or shrimp is this. I’m not up to
    different types of prawns/shrimp.
I know there is not much difference. But if you could tell me the exact
type, I will then know I will not muck up the recipe.
And is the shell a soft shell or hard shell.
My Son and his Wife will be visiting in a few weeks, so I need to get it
    right before they arrive.
    Thanking you in advance.

Now I have the “school Prawns”
I see your recipe says “to fry 0 oil”
then I see “as per taste 0 salt”
So, now I need to know what sort of Oil for Deep Frying
Then what is meant by “as per taste 0 salt”
Once you tell me this :-
Then I will do your recipe.
    Thanks, Allan

    • VahChef says:

You can use your choice of oil to fry. And salt to be added as per your
taste. Good luck. Hope you enjoy the dish.
