they deep fries at my Fair they usually cake batter it.
I’m from South Carolina. We fry pretty much everything here, but
unfortunately I cant eat alot of fried goodness

just a thought, but when you fry chicken, they recommend putting the
battered chicken in the fridge so the breading has a chance to really stick
to the chicken. Perhaps freezing the item with the batter on it will work?
