What you need: Softshell Taco shells, Enchilada season packet, Beef, and
any other veges you want in your tacos. 1. Prepare Enchilada mixture 2.
Prepare beef (under cook it slightly) 3. Skillet your veges (onion,
peppers, etc. soften them up 7-10 minutes) 4. Roll your soft shell tacos
with the ingredients you wanted 5. Place them in a backing container 6.
Poor Enchilada mixture on top 7. Add cheese/seasonings 8. Bake for 10-15
minutes @ 300F (why things arent fully made) 9. Enjoy your enchiladas
