Love chicken livers fried! You needed some garlic salt to season them tasty
livers! Try deep frying cow tongue, but peel the taste buds & skin off
first & boil it a little!

fried chicken heart and liver is so yummy, we put bacon around them and fry
em omg ? we call me Scooby snacks.
put gizzards or chicken/duck hearts (hearts need to be sliced in half and
cleaned from blood from the inside or they get bitter and metallic) in a
pan on the stove with a shot of water (it needs to cook a bit more so as to
not be chewy and like rubber, the water helps with that) and a bit of
butter, cook till water is gone and the meat gets golden in some parts than
put soy sauce and a bit of minced garlic (without garlic is really good
too) to taste let it get thick and glaze the meat take it off the stove and
put cilantro while hot, stir it up and enjoy, it’s awesome it’s not that
chewy it has an awesome meat taste and the soy gives it a nice salt and
umami taste it’s awesome (when you cook it long enough it turns out with
the texture of a nicely cooked cow tongue almost but with a chicken/duck
flavor)

I grew up in Texas with deep fried gizzards and livers. The hearts I didn’t
have until after I moved to Canada. The egg and extra flower is new to
these, but common for chicken fried steak. The amusing thing is trying to
get other Canadians to eat things like this. They just don’t understand our
southwest cuisine. Lol.

Sometimes i eat chicken or turkey and get a hint of that sort of disgusting
taste or aroma that makes them foul i guess.
I normally cook the heart on a spit roast over a fire while dressing and
quartering a deer. My favorite thing to eat next to the back straps! I
never thought about frying it…
