You showed a really great tip but left a little something out. When the oil
bubbles around your chopstick it’s because it’s a wooden chopstick.
Therefore, a wooden spoon would do the same. Whatever you use to test the
oil needs to be wooden. Where-as plastic would obviously melt. Just saying
for those who don’t have wooden chopsticks on hand, trying to use a utensil
of a different material wouldn’t work out. 🙂 Love your recipes! & I’ve
been a long time fan of The Cheesecake Factory fried mac n’ cheese balls
but could never figure out how to make it! Should’ve known it would need to
be refrigerated..
