Never even heard of Mochi before this
It’s worth trying if you can find it at an Asian store. Although it’s *very*
heavy.

thighs.. But they came out fucking amazing.

I did a poor mans deep fry. Cheap oil, regular pot, no special utensils or
a deep fryer. Decided to go with some oreos and pizza just to see if it
worked. Came out fucking A+.

I’ve had mochi a couple of times, and it’s just WEIRD. It’s like a cross
between a jello cube and a marshmallow in terms of texture, but a little
tougher.
I never thought to deep fry these things. You guys might have unlocked
mochi’s secret!
