Deep fried sushi roll is a very un-traditional sushi roll recipe; it's the very definition of Americanized sushi, regardless it's a very delicious Japanese style food recipe. I urge everyone to go ahead and try to cook this recipe from home, you will not be disappointed.
It's a very simple recipe to follow; you don't need to be a master chef to make this delicious recipe.
Here is a list of the equipment you will need:
• extremely sharp knife:
• bamboo rolling mat + rice paddle:
• cutting board
• deep fryer
• plastic bag.
— Cooking ingredients —
• salmon sushi grade:
• asparagus
• Masago Roe:
• Nori:
• Cooked sushi rice:
• Tempura batter mix:
• Panko:
The instructions in the video are very easy to follow, here is a summary of what to do.
1. Roll the salmon , masago and asparagus in a ura-maki (inside out sushi roll)
2. Dip the ura maki in the tempura batter mix then cover in panko bread crumbs
3. Deep fry the sushi roll until a crispy golden brown.
4. Cut the tempura covered sushi roll with a Japanese chef knife
5. Serve with some wasabi soya sauce and pickled ginger.

Mate, you should never ever throw something in hot oil, even, if you feel
like throwing, make the opposite end to you falls last since it wouldn’t

I ate real Caviar from big glass jars in Georgia when I lived there. I have
tasted raw tuna sold to the greatest sushi restaurant in Japan. This and
all the other dumb things from the oceans tastes stupid. I like white fish
from Norway. Salted, fried, baked… anything but raw. Thats it!
