time to road trip from California to Nebraska.
tacos and empanadas are totally different
I was born and raised in Omaha, and I have been there approximately 1000 times since I was little. It’s in kind of a sketchy neighborhood, so it’s in kind of a weird place for a lot of people who are scared of anyone who isn’t lily white. It’s on California Street, that’s the reason why it’s called that (not anything to do with the actual taco, I’m pretty sure.) My family (and I’m sure a lot of other people) call it Cali Tacos. I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t order the Cali Taco though. Without that shell headlining them, it’s just another taco place. A damn good one, but just a taco place.
Nice, eating on a serving station… getting all those juices and germs all over the prep area for the rest of the customers to also enjoy.
i work here
Consider opening a second store in Tacoma Washington. You’d kill. It rains here 364 days a year.
Why does the chef look like Rob Schneider?
Because he looks like Rob Schneider.
I don’t think I’ve seen Guy enjoy eating something on DDD as much as he did that taco! Wish I lived closer to this joint
I’m proud to be from Omaha now. I go to school 5 minutes away from Cali Tacos
Puffy tacos were invented in San Antonio. Give respect where it’s due.
j r exactly it’s has nothing to do with California, San Antonio and Austin have the best puffy tacos,
Haha, whatevs, Texan’s think they invented everything
This place isn’t that great….
Libby T they never are I hit a couple of places in Sacramento and one in Tracy California

Do you need a hug? First off, there’s nothing wrong grammatically with his post. Second, why are you so hostile?
cassl14 our not are
A white guy who knows nothing about Mexican cuisine opens up a taco joint using stereotypical Mexican food? Hahahahaha welcome to America
Uhh, thats not stereotypical Mexican food dude… You’re kind of showing how little you know with that statement honestly. And race has nothing to do with it. I was born and raised in hispanic areas and I know a lot about Mexican food, with hand-me-down recipes and everything. That is the beauty of America homie…
Whites always do it better.
C C NOT facts, edit: whites steal everything better
Looks Amazing!! Gonna have to try that place one day!
That guy is a liar….he did not teach himself those ndn tacos
Bye ? bye ?Lets fry!!
No green peppers on a True Philly cheesesteak. Otherwise it passes inspection quite well. Actually provolone cheese is the classic cheese to use. Some may use cheese Whiz like the classic cheese War beteeen Pats & Genos in South Philly.
I like her ? taco. Giggity
Fail on so many levels
