    how my mum cooks its anyway.

    Nah ther are supposed to be eaten with a chinese soupbased fondue or in a
    stew.
    But I know these are downright awfull because of the oil going rancid in
    those poductionplants, so my parents threw them away.

    Better off making this from your own:
    – kneed 500gr flour with 300gr water
    – rinse and soak the dough about 5 times with water to get the starch out
    – let it sit for about 2 hours and then it becomes elastic, kneed it with
    100gr of flour
    – cut and fry them at medium heat, prob 2 times untill the stop shrinking
    and stays like a ball

    You eat these by… 1. Stuffing them with meat and cooking them in soup 2.
    Cooking it in soup so it absorbs the broth and they taste yummy 😀
