We use this beer batter for almost all of our deep fried fish. It's super tasty and couldn't be easier to put together.

Thickness of the batter is a personal preference and very easy to adjust to
your liking, and adding the almonds does sound pretty good. Might have to

Wow I really wanna try with the pancake batter… Does it give a different
taste? Cook faster? It looks really good.
Hi Mickey, if you mean does it taste like pancakes the answer is no. Not at
all. And it doesn’t taste like beer either but the two ingredients
combined give it its own unique taste. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
Also it only takes 3 or 4 minutes to cook with the oil at 375 degrees. Hope
