How to make Deep Fried Beef Meatball Snack – Stop Motion Cookery

This is more of an experiment but that being said it turned out very well and i would suggest you give it a try. It started out with me wondering why you only really deep fry one meat really (Chicken) and does frying different meats taste just as good but one has realised, anyway i wanted this to be slightly oriental influenced so i added a sweet honey mixed with sesame seed oil and soy sauce.

Ingredients:
300g of beef
2 Tbsp of honey
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 Tsp of sesame seed oil
1 Large egg
Flour for coating

To Serve:
salt
pepper
Wasabi mayonnaise
Ketchup
