    Just got a pack of frozen cuttlefish tentacles that are already cleaned and
    ready to go. I don’t have the ingredients for this recipe so I got some

      It’s called ‘Harissa’ – which is a mixture of red chillies with garlic,
      salt, ground coriander & cumin seed & salt. You can usually buy it from a
      Deli or a shop that sells supplies for Middle Eastern Cooking ingredients
