    Nice touch with the onions, ginger and green chillies! I never thought of
    that! 🙂 I would have been tempted to add a little bit of rice flour for

    @elec390 corn flour added by her gives the crispiness required. No need for
    rice flour.

    You can use breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes, refined flour or cornstarch
    for coating. But using all these might alternate the end results. Happy
