Just made this. Super quick and easy, and very tasty. I made the mistake of
adding smaller than shown amounts of seasonings into the flour though – the
crispy skin came out a little tasteless. Be generous with your seasonings.
That is wonderful that you able to make this and like it too. experience is
a good teacher. Now, next time you will be able to perfected this cooking.
thank you for watching.
Your recipe seems like it will make great tasting chicken but I don’t know
about using vinegar in a metal container.
you can substitute vinegar and milk with buttermilk. Thanks for asking.
What is the vinegar fir? I hate vinegar… Is it for flavor or for helping
the flour stick?
milk and vinegar can be substitute with buttermilk. Yes, it helps to stick
with flour. Thanks for asking.
+HAPPY WOK i should have asked,,,, will this turn out just as good without
the vinegar?
yes, use buttermilk instead of regular milk with vinegar.
+HAPPY WOK cool, thank you. I will be using this recipe when i make fried
chicken. With out the vinegar! 🙂
