I learn this while i was in Houston, Texas. there are lot of ways they fried their chicken, they got the best fried chicken in the USA, but this cooking video / recipe is the easiest way to make some. simple, few common ingredients and easy to follow . happy cooking.

    so right now im waiting for the flour to melt so before i pour the oil in
    the pot how much oil should i use and how long should i cook it and what
    level of tempature high low or medium?

      +Ethan Mason Gill cooking oil—about 5 to 6 cups. cook for about 15 to 20
      minutes, at 350 to 375 F . Thanks for asking.

    Just made this. Super quick and easy, and very tasty. I made the mistake of
    adding smaller than shown amounts of seasonings into the flour though – the
    crispy skin came out a little tasteless. Be generous with your seasonings.
