+XIANG PING FENG – to cook them thoroughly so they won’t be raw on the
inside but crispy on the outside.

this looks delcious, i’m gonna have to try this out and nake it for my
relatives. (i don’t eat meat) my mom has a double dipped fried chicken
    recipe:

    you need:
    pepper
    salt
    water
    a plastic bag
( i would add more spices if i were you, but you don’t have to)

1: in a bowl or container, put flour, pepper, salt, and water until it is a
mixture. don’t add too much. it shouldn’t be a pancake mixture. just right.

    2. coat the chicken (piece by piece is how she does it.) after coating the
chicken, shake off the excess coating.

    3. put flour, pepper, and salt into a large ziploc plastic bag. put the
coated chicken into the bag and shake until the chicken is coated in the
    dry mixture.

    4. fry the chicken. when done frying, let it cool off. congrats you have
    nice crunchy double-dipped fried chicken!
