+PhillyBoyJayCooKiNgShow My only concern is, does the cornmeal come out
crunchy and uncooked after it’s fried? Mmmmmmmmmmm I love the way you cut
or bite into the fish and show us how it looks inside mmmmm just mmm I felt
      like licking the screen:-)))))

    • ThePrettySweet79 says:

+MrJAMESDAD1 Did you use all purpose flour or self rising flour? Self
rising flour maybe what caused you fish to taste too salty as it already
      contains sodium/salt.

    • PbjShow says:

+MrJAMESDAD1 Maybe you didn’t mix it enough I dont know what could have
      caused an overly salty taste

  2. bobcat8 says:

what about letting it sit in the flour like you did with the chicken

  3. Hayden Kindig says:

I have found someone that makes fish like you. It’s me. I made the fish
like you did so how much do I get?

  4. Shaya Kells says:

What would you eat this fish with?

    • Felicia morris says:

for me I turn it into fish sandwiches. I put mayo on both pieces of bread,
then I put the fish on 1 slice then I put sliced cheddar cheese and top it
with tartar sauce and mmm is it good. my family loves it like that or you
could eat it with rice too

+PhillyBoyJayCooKiNgShow looks great Philly, I’m gonna try it with some
catfish. I was just curious what would you say are the most important
seasonings to have on hand in the kitchen besides salt and pepper? thanks
      man

    • PbjShow says:

+MrJAMESDAD1 4tbs in 1 large cup of cornmeal shouldn’t come out salty. You
sure you didn’t add huge tablespoons of salt sir?

Loved your seasoning. It was still a little too salty for me even only
using 3 tbs of seasoned salt. Will cut it to 2 tbs next time but the
overall flavor was great. This will definitely be a keeper. Thanks
