    I second the notion to ignore those negative comments. I made this last
    night just as you explain here. Very good, thanks, and plenty spicy hot.
    I could probably have cut in half the sauce ingredients and still had
    enough to fully cover a family pack of wings – lots of sauce left over. I
    used a fry daddy deep fryer at 375 degrees for 9 minutes each batch of 6.
    This recipe is a keeper. If I had to change anything it would be slightly
    less spicy but I can tweak it.

    One Tip … If you want the sauce not to separate, use a spoon of corn
    starch in it, and it will bind the butter and franks together. Just a Tip
    :-)

    who ADDS butter to premade sauce?

      +John Cataldo a LOT o people add butter to wings sauces….some companies
      add butter but most just have vinegar., cayenne and water…maybe xanthan
      gum to thicken…that’s it.
