    The clue here is ‘sambal’, which mean he is either from Malaysia,
    Singapore, Brunei or Indonesia. Peace from Malaysia.

    house we never seem to have milk around, so I’ve been soaking fish fillets
    in evaporated milk.

    I think it would work pretty well baked. Bread them and lay on a rack. Try
    baking at 450F for 10 minutes, then check to see if it’s cooked through.

    Hey Hilah, Really like your blue and white dishes. I have a small set of 4
    place settings and a couple of serving dishes. I will have to use them when
    I decide what recipe of yours to fix for company. BTW , that catfish looks
    yummy. We live in Louisiana, and LOVE Catfish !
