    after religiously watching Food Wishes for years and years I finally made
    this, as my first FW recipe. So gooood. also I didn’t have sauce
    ingredients I just doused it in BBQ sauce. still great

      You can debone bone-in thighs, I find that boneless meat isn’t as tasty as
      deboned meat. I was really high when I wrote that post, so I’m not exactly
      sure what my train of thought was at that time. 🙂

    I would not call this Korean Fried Chicken simply because it would taste
    REMARKABLY different from actual Korean fried chicken. Had he incorporated
    some of Gochujang in the sauce, this would have been the perfect KFC
    recipe. Apart from that, stellar recipe.
