Tip…………
1 ….Add 1/2 tsp baking powder in to the mixture ……….
2…….If you like bubbles on top add 3 tblsp of lemon or lime juice on to the baking powder and let it work on the flour before you mix it.
3………. Add vegetable filling or a meat filling for a change

    I’ve made this several times… but its always on the crunchier side than
    softer.. so can you think of a reason for that?

    If I make them few days ahead and freeze them and then fry them would that
    be ok? Also how much lime juice do you recommend for this quantity. Thanks

      +Shami K Yes you can frreeze, thaw them and bake or fry. Always taste the
      mix to see the taste of lime to match your liking.
