Vegan Deep Fried Bananas Recipe

Vegan deep friend Bananas Recipe
Ingredients:


1 cup flour

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 sugar

1/4 cup almond milk

1 cup water
1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp white vinegar
3 bananas

oil for frying

Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, coconut, sugar, almond milk, baking powder, and white vinegar until it forms a pancake batter like consistency.
2. Cut bananas in half length wise.
3. Cover bananas in the batter and deep fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 minutes or until crust is golden.
4. Drain over a paper towel and top with desiccated coconut.
